This Privacy Policy explains how Lemonshark Games ("Lemonshark", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games and applications we publish for iOS and Android (each, an "App"), and our website at lemonsharkgames.com. By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to this Policy.

Our games are designed to be played, not to harvest your data. We do not collect, store, sell or share personal information about you. There are no user accounts, no login, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics SDKs embedded in our Apps. You can play without giving us any personal details.

We collect no personal data through our Apps. Specifically, our Apps do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or coarse location, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Any game progress, scores or settings created while you play are stored locally on your device only. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the App removes this local data.

Because our Apps do not collect personal data, there is no active or passive collection of personal information by us — no forms, no tracking pixels, no background telemetry. Our website serves static content and does not use cookies for tracking or profiling.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain no personal data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our servers. All game data lives locally on your device and is fully under your control. To remove it, simply delete the App from your device. If we ever do hold data about you (for example, if you email us — see below), we keep it only as long as needed to respond and then delete it.

7. Revoking consent and requesting deletion

You may withdraw any consent at any time by deleting the App, which stops all local data storage. Should you wish to confirm we hold no data about you, or request deletion of any information you have voluntarily sent us (such as an email), contact us at info@lemonsharkgames.com and we will respond promptly.

8. Children's privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data at all, our Apps are safe for players of all ages with respect to data privacy. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
